KTSU-FM UNDERWRITER AGREEMENT

Section I - Purpose
Underwriter agrees to pay the funds designated herein to the Station to assist in underwriting the broadcast of regularly scheduled programming as a contributor to the KTSU Program Development Fund (herein referred to as the "Fund").
Section II - Services
KTSU-FM will broadcast Fund credit announcements in accordance with FCC regulations: Public Broadcasting Amendments Act of 1981; FCC Opinion and Order, 1984, concerning the Noncommercial Nature of Educational Broadcasting Stations, acknowledging the Underwriters contribution as inscribed by the Traffic Department - Order Worksheet.

Section III - Rights
The station at all times retain sole control and responsibility for production, scheduling and contents of programming.
Section IV - Payment
The Underwriter agrees to pay an amount below for the period of this agreement. The Underwriter’s commitment will be paid to the station upon the execution of this agreement. Underwriter credit announcements will not be aired prior to an invoice due date or payment received. NO CASH REFUNDS - A CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED TO YOUR ACCOUNT.

Section V - UNDERWRITING POLICY
FCC regulatory compliances and Station policies and guidelines on underwriting principles and procedures are expressly made a part of this Agreement (Section II).
SECTION VI - NO OTHER AGREEMENT
This agreement supersedes and replaces all previous documents, correspondence, conversations, or other oral or written understanding related to this Agreement that are not consistent with or contained in it. Modification of this agreement may be made by both parties in writing only.
